ANNUAL LEAVE TRAVEL CONCESSIONS. 41.1 Employees stationed in remote areas (a) The travel concessions contained in the following table are provided to Employees, their dependent partners and their dependent children when proceeding on Annual Leave from headquarters situated in District Allowance Areas 3, 5 and 6, and in that portion of Area 4 located north of 30 degrees South latitude, as provided for within Schedule C – Annual Leave Travel Concessions Map. Approved Mode of Travel Travel Concession Travelling Time (i) Air Air fare for the Employee, and their dependents 1 day each way (ii) Road Full voluntary use of a motor vehicle allowance rate, but reimbursement not to exceed the cost of the return air fare for the Employee and dependents, travelling in the motor vehicle. On or North of 20° South Latitude - 2 and one half days each way. Remainder - 2 days each way.
