Annual Negotiations. On or about each anniversary of the Commencement ------------------- Date, the parties shall meet upon the request of either party to discuss the possibility of increasing or decreasing the size of the Premises. In the event that the parties agree to change the size of the Premises, the Base Rent, Lessee's Share and Lessee's percentage of parking spaces shall be equitably adjusted based on any adjustment to the size of the Premises.
