Annual Payment for Hours in Excess. of Maximum for Employees Working Half-Time or More for Employees Hired on or Before June 30, 2013 Employees who regularly work one-half (½) time or more and who have attained the one hundred fifty (150) day maximum sick leave accumulation shall be entitled to receive payment for one-third (1/3) of the first twelve (12) days of sick leave for which they become eligible but do not use and would otherwise forfeit because of the one hundred fifty (150) day maximum limitation.
