Annual Performance Evaluations and Appeal. If an employee challenges the 28 fairness or accuracy of their annual performance evaluation, the evaluation may be appealed by the 1 employee in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of the employee’s receipt of such evaluation. 2 It will then be discussed/reviewed between the supervisor and employee.
