Executive Leave Clause Samples

The Executive Leave clause defines the terms under which an executive is entitled to take time off from work, such as vacation, personal days, or sick leave. It typically outlines the amount of leave available, the process for requesting and approving leave, and any conditions or limitations, such as carryover policies or notice requirements. This clause ensures both the executive and the employer have a clear understanding of leave entitlements, helping to prevent disputes and maintain operational continuity.
