Annual Reports of Affiliate Transactions. DEC, DEP, and PECPiedmont shall file annual reports of affiliated transactions with the Commission in a format to be prescribed by the Commission in Docket Nos. E-7, Sub 986A, and1100_, E-2, Sub 998A1095_, and G-9, Sub 682_. The report shall be filed on or before May 30 of each year, for activity through December 31 of the preceding year. DEC, PECDEP, Piedmont, and other parties may propose changes to the required affiliated transaction reporting requirements and submit them to the Commission for approval, also in Docket Nos. E-7, Sub 986B, and1100_, E-2, Sub 998B.1095_, and G-9, Sub 682_.
