Annual Uniform. Allowance Full-time bargaining unit dispatchers who have completed one (1) full year of continuous service shall be entitled to a uniform allowance of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) per year payable in equal semi-annual checks, separate from their regular payroll checks, the first pay in February and August. Such uniform allowance shall be available for the purchase of any of the clothing items listed above. Dispatchers shall maintain their uniforms in order to look professional.
