EU SURVEY 5.1. The participant shall complete and submit the online EU Survey after the mobility abroad within 30 calendar days upon receipt of the invitation to complete it.
Initial Review The Union may present a written grievance to the DOC Headquarters Labor Relations Office via electronic mail within the twenty-one (21) day period described above. The Agency Head or designee will meet or confer by telephone or electronic conferencing with a Business Representative and/or Shop Xxxxxxx and the grievant within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of the grievance, and will respond in writing to the Union within twenty-one (21) days after the meeting.
Status of Salary Schedule The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor Agreement is executed.
Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Sec. 503 REGULAR PAY DAY: Employees shall be paid on or about the Friday following the end of the biweekly payroll period.
SUPPLEMENTAL SALARY SCHEDULE 12.01 Every effort shall be made by the Board to post supplemental positions in a timely manner each school year. Teachers in the bargaining unit may apply for the supplemental vacancy within ten (10) working days of each posting. If no qualified bargaining unit member applies for the supplemental position, the Board may fill the vacancy with individuals not in the bargaining unit.
SELLER FINANCIAL REVIEW Seller shall provide financial data as specified below, on a quarterly basis, or as requested, to Buyer for credit and financial condition reviews by Xxxxx’s Enterprise Credit Risk office. If Seller itself is publicly traded (not a subsidiary of a publicly-traded company) and is required to file reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), Buyer shall obtain Seller financial data from information made available to the general public via 10-K and 10-Q reporting requirements. In the event that Seller does not submit financial statements to the SEC or is no longer required to do so during the term of this Contract, Seller shall provide financial data on a quarterly basis to Buyer. Such financial data shall include, but is not limited to, balance sheets, schedule of accounts payable and receivable, major lines of credit, creditors, income statements (profit and loss), cash flow statements, firm backlog, and headcount. Copies of such data are to be made available within seventy-two (72) hours of any written request by Xxxxx. All such information shall be treated as confidential.
Submission of Salary Increases Recommendations for salary increases must be made to be effective on the first day of the month and must be submitted prior to the proposed effective date. However, retroactive six (6) month and annual salary increases to correct errors or oversights and retroactive payments resulting from grievance settlements shall be authorized. The proposed effective date for retroactive six (6) month and annual salary increases must be the first day of the month no more than twelve (12) months prior to the time of submitting the correcting recommendation.
Submittal Schedule Within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Submittal Schedule for review and approval of the Design Professional. In establishing the Submittal Schedule the Contractor shall take into account large submittal documents that will require longer review times, e.g., submittals with over fifty sheets of drawings. The Design Professional’s approval shall be based on conformance of the Submittal Schedule with the Overall Project Schedule, subject to change from time to time in accordance with the progress of the Work.
Tax Examinations Abroad 1. A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned. The competent authority of the second-mentioned Party shall notify the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party of the time and place of the meeting with the individuals concerned.
New Survey Requested Buyer will, at the ☐ Seller’s ☐ Buyer’s ☐ Shared expense and within a timeframe allowed to deliver and examine title evidence, obtain a certified survey of the Property from a certified and registered surveyor within the State. If the survey reveals encroachments on the Property or that the improvements encroach on the lands of another, such encroachments will constitute a title defect. The Buyer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement with written notice to the Seller within calendar days of being notified of said title defect.
