Status of Salary Schedule. The salary schedules are not to be construed as part of a teacher’s continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time that a successor Agreement is executed.
Status of Salary Schedule. The salary schedules are not to be construed as a part of the teacher's continuing contract and the school board reserves the right to withhold increment advancement, lane changes, or any other salary increase as the school board shall determine based upon just cause recommendations of administrative staff. The school board shall give written notice and the reason for such action. Such notice shall be received by the teacher prior to legal resignation day of the school year preceding the year the withholding action is to take place.
Status of Salary Schedule. For the duration of this Agreement, advancement on any salary schedule shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration of this Agreement, an employee shall be compensated according to the current rate until a successor Agreement is fully ratified.

Status of Salary Schedule. The salary schedules are not to be construed as a part of a teacher's continuing contract. In the event a successor Agreement is not entered into prior to commencement of the subsequent school term, a teacher shall be compensated according to the last Agreement executed between the Association and the District until such time as a successor Agreement is executed. Teachers shall advance on the salary schedule one step for each year of the Agreement subject to the right of the District to withhold increments for just cause. In instances where this Agreement is not settled prior to the start of the contract year, the appropriate step advancement shall occur after settlement.
Status of Salary Schedule. Upon expiration of this agreement, the salary schedules contained herein shall have no force and effect and shall not be construed as a part of a teacher's continuing contract.
Status of Salary Schedule. The Salary Schedules contained in Appendix A shall not be considered part of a Principal’s individual continuing contract as defined in M.S. 122A.40. In the event a successor agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Agreement, a Principal shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time as a successor agreement is executed.

The parties recognize that the terms and conditions of employment for the duration of this Master Agreement are covered by this Master Agreement, and such terms and conditions of employment shall not be construed to be a part of the teacher’s continuing contract rights as defined in M.S. 122A.40. In the event a successor Master agreement is not entered into prior to the expiration date of this Master Agreement, a teacher shall be compensated according to the previous year’s compensation until such time as a successor Master Agreement is executed. However, in the event a teacher’s workload is modified, he/she shall be paid an amount based upon the previous year’s compensation for comparable duties.
Status of Salary Schedule. The annual increment shall be contingent upon satisfactory service and evidence of growth on the part of staff members. The School Board may, upon administrative recommendation, withhold increases in salary if work is not satisfactory.
