Annual Vacation Cash-Out. All unit employees may cash out up to forty (40) hours of accrued vacation leave at their regular base hourly rate of pay each fiscal year. The cash out may be taken up to two times per fiscal year in smaller increments, but may not exceed a total of forty (40) hours per fiscal year.
