Annual Vacation Pay. CASUAL EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYEES WITH LESS THAN ONE YEAR OF SERVICE (a) Employees with less than one (1) year of completed service will receive annual vacation pay in accordance with the provisions of applicable legislation. (b) Casual employees will receive any annual vacation pay to which they are entitled with their regular pay cheques for each pay period.
