Common use of Annual Vacation Days Clause in Contracts

Annual Vacation Days. Employees on Levels 1-11 of the Salary Schedule with up to five (5) years of employment shall be granted seventeen (17) vacation days annually. After five (5) years of employment, one (1) additional vacation day shall be granted annually to a maximum of twenty-five (25) days. For the purposes of vacation accrual and use, one (1) day shall be comprised of eight (8) hours. Employees who are scheduled to work less than a full year shall receive pay in lieu of vacation according to the above schedule on a pro-rated basis. Employees on Levels 12-22 of the Salary Schedule with up to five (5) years of employment shall be granted twenty-two (22) vacation days annually. After five
