Common use of Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures Clause in Contracts

Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures. 1. Nothing in this Agreement shall prejudice or affect in any way the taking, by either Party, of anti-dumping or countervailing measures in accordance with Article VI of the GATT 1994, the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994, the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, annexed to the Marrakech Agreement establishing the WTO.

Anti-dumping and Countervailing Measures. 1. Nothing in this Agreement shall prejudice or affect in any way the taking, by rights and obligations of either Party, of anti-dumping or countervailing measures in accordance with Party under Article VI of the GATT 1994, the WTO Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994, 1994 and the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, annexed to the Marrakech Agreement establishing the WTOMeasures (‘SCM Agreement’).
