This meter should detect and record the energy (energy recording in such cases should be fully explained from the tenderer and approved by IDECO) and event with time stamp for the following tampering cases:  Main cover opening.  Terminal cover opening.  Disconnecting one or more phases.(bypassing)  High magnetic field exposure.  High voltage DC discharge.  Other anti-tampering features are highly preferred.  The meter shall be provided with alarm flag displayed on LCD to indicate for all of the above tampering cases (and for any detected non mentioned tampering case ) and record the date and time of this case besides storing all the events in the meter's memory and storing the energy. And this flags shouldn’t disappear by itself but to use PC software to clear it.

  • Anti-Doping I understand and agree that the UCI Anti-Doping Rules and U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) Protocol apply to me. I agree to submit to drug testing. If it is determined I may have committed an anti-doping rule violation, I agree to submit to the results management authority and processes of USADA or the results management authority of the UCI and my national federation. I agree that arbitration is my exclusive remedy under the above rules.
