Catalogues. Two (2) copies of the accompanying catalogue shall be sent to the Lender’s Library. Should the catalogue be released in more than one language, the Lender requests one copy of each edition. Catalogues. An agreed number of copies of the catalogue or any other publication produced in association with the exhibition should be sent to the Registrar. There should normally be one copy for each lending property, one copy for each lending regional curator’s library, and one copy for the specialist curator’s library (thus, in the case of a loan from one property, three copies should be provided), but in the case of two loans from two properties in the same Region, only four copies would be required. When there is a hardback and a softback edition of the publication, it is hardback copies that should be provided, and when there is a second or translated edition of the catalogue, additional copies of that must be supplied.
Catalogues. Information of any kind contained in the Seller’s catalogues price lists or other advertising literature is not guaranteed to be accurate and is intended merely to represent a general picture of the Seller’s products and services and shall not form part of any contract between the Seller and the Buyer. The Seller reserves the right to amend the specification of its products and services and the Buyer is advised to check the specification set out in the Seller’s quotation before placing his order.
Catalogues. You are expressly advised to read the Bottle Description form which is part of this Agreement. While AMC has attempted to describe each Lot in this catalogue accurately, in no event shall AMC be liable for any description or error or omission in such description. AMC retains the absolute right to amend at any time prior to and during the auction and in any manner any description of any Lot. Classifications in the text are for identification purposes only and are based on standard sources. Each statement contained in this catalogue and each other statement, whether oral or written, and whether made in an advertisement, xxxx of sale, addendum, notice, announcement or other written or oral communication, is a statement of opinion ONLY and shall not be relied upon by any bidder. You must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels, corks and wine. In no event shall AMC accept a return, accord a credit or adjust a price to any Property after delivery except under the terms stated in Section 5 d) below.
