Common use of Any Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Any Bargaining Unit. Faculty Members receiving promotions effective with the beginning of the 2015-2016 academic year shall receive the promotional salary adjustments provided in Section 6 below, after any salary increase awarded to the Bargaining Unit Faculty Member goes into effect.
