Any notice to a Party. 27.4.1. sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to its chosen address for service shall be deemed to have been received on the 7th (seventh) business day after posting (unless the contrary is proved);
27.4.2. delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at its chosen address for service shall be deemed to have been received on the day of delivery;
27.4.3. sent by telefax to its chosen telefax number shall be deemed to have been received on the date of despatch (unless the contrary is proved); or
27.4.4. sent electronically to its chosen e-mail address, shall be deemed to have been received on the date of despatch (unless the contrary is proved).
Any notice to a Party. 12.5.1. sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addresses envelope to it at an address chosen as its domicillia citandi et executandi to which post is delivered shall be deemed to have been received on the 10th business day after posting (unless the contrary is proved); or
12.5.2. delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at the physical address chosen as its
12.5.3. sent by telefax to its chosen telefax number stipulated in the Clients Detail Schedule to this Mandate, shall be deemed to have been received on the 2nd business day after the date of dispatch (unless the contrary is proved); or
12.5.4. sent by e-mail to its chosen e-mail address stipulated in the Clients Detail Schedule to this Mandate, shall be deemed to have been received on the 2nd business day after the date of dispatch (unless the contrary is proved).
Any notice to a Party. 16.4.1. sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to it at an address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi to which post is delivered shall be deemed to have been received on the 5th (fifth) Business Day after posting (unless the contrary is proved); or
16.4.2. delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at the physical address chosen as its
16.4.3. sent by email to its chosen email address, shall be deemed to have been received on the date of despatch (unless the contrary is proved).
Any notice to a Party. 7.7.4.1. sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to it at its domicilium citandi et executandi shall be deemed to have been received on the seventh Business Day after posting (unless the contrary is proved);
7.7.4.2. delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at its domicilium citandi et executandi shall be deemed to have been received on the day of delivery (unless the contrary is proved); or
7.7.4.3. sent by e-mail to its chosen e-mail stipulated in this Agreement, shall be deemed to have been received on the date of dispatch (unless the contrary is proved).
Any notice to a Party. 12.3.1 sent by prepaid registered post to it at its chosen address;
12.3.2 delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at its designated address; or
12.3.3 sent by email,
Any notice to a Party. 12.4.1 sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to its chosen address for service shall be deemed to have been received on the 7th (seventh) Business Day after posting (unless the contrary is proved);
12.4.2 delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at its chosen address for service shall be deemed to have been received on the day of delivery; or
12.4.3 sent by telefax to its chosen telefax number shall be deemed to have been received on the date of despatch (unless the contrary is proved).
Any notice to a Party. 16.4.1. sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to it at an address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi to which post is delivered shall be deemed to have been received on the 5th (fifth) Business Day after posting (unless the contrary is proved); or
16.4.2. delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at the physical address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi shall be deemed to have been received on the day of delivery; or
16.4.3. sent by email or fax to its chosen email address or fax number, shall be deemed to have been received on the date of despatch (unless the contrary is proved).
Any notice to a Party. 17.6.1 sent by prepaid registered post in a correctly addressed envelope to it at an address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi to which post is delivered shall be deemed to have been received on the 7th business day after posting (unless the contrary is proved);
17.6.2 delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at the physical address chosen as it domicilium citandi et executandi shall be deemed to have been received on the day of delivery; or
17.6.3 If sent by electronic mail during business hours, it shall be presumed to have been received on the date of successful transmission of the electronic mail. Any Electronic mail sent after business hours or on a day which is not a business day will be presumed to have been received on the following business day;
17.6.4 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained a written notice or communication actually received by a party shall be an adequate written notice or communication to it notwithstanding that it was not sent to or delivered at its chosen domicilium citandi et executandi.
Any notice to a Party. 21.4.1 sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to it at an address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi to which post is delivered shall be deemed to have been received on the 14th(fourteenth) Business Day after posting (unless the contrary is proved); or
21.4.2 delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at the physical address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi shall be deemed to have been received on the day of delivery; and
21.4.3 sent by telefax to its chosen telefax number stipulated in clause 21.1, shall be deemed to have been received on the date of despatch (unless the contrary is proved).
Any notice to a Party. 29.4.1 delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at the physical address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi shall be deemed to have been received on the day of delivery; or sent by telefax to its chosen telefax number, during ordinary business hours, stipulated in clause 29.1, shall be deemed to have been received on the date of despatch (unless the contrary is proved).
29.4.2 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained a written notice or communication actually received by a Party shall be an adequate written notice or communication to it notwithstanding that it was not sent to or delivered at its address contemplated in clause 29.1 hereof.
