  • Construction With Other Parts Of The Tariff This ISA shall not be construed as an application for service under Part II or Part III of the Tariff.

  • REPAIRED OR REPLACED PARTS / COMPONENTS Where the Contractor is required to repair, replace or substitute Product or parts or components of the Product under the Contract, the repaired, replaced or substituted Products shall be subject to all terms and conditions for new parts and components set forth in the Contract including Warranties, as set forth in the Additional Warranties Clause herein. Replaced or repaired Product or parts and components of such Product shall be new and shall, if available, be replaced by the original manufacturer’s component or part. Remanufactured parts or components meeting new Product standards may be permitted by the Commissioner or Authorized User. Before installation, all proposed substitutes for the original manufacturer’s installed parts or components must be approved by the Authorized User. The part or component shall be equal to or of better quality than the original part or component being replaced.

  • Outage Repair Standard In the event of an outage or trouble in any Service being provided by a Party hereunder, the Providing Party will follow Verizon’s standard procedures for isolating and clearing the outage or trouble.

  • Condition of the Contractor’s Property or Equipment The Contractor shall make the Property and/or equipment available to the Judicial Council, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Contractor shall immediately remedy any problem with the Property’s physical plant or equipment that impairs or diminishes the quality of the Program. The Contractor shall ensure the appropriate hot water, heating, and ventilation is provided at the Property during the Program, inclusive in the prices set forth herein.

  • SUB-CONTRACTORS TO BE UTILIZED FOR PROJECT PSP shall perform the services under this Assignment with its own forces unless otherwise specified. If the scope of services is less than $100,000.00, a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is not required.   • Recall to Work 5.6.2.1 An employee recalled to work overtime after leaving the company’s premises (whether notified before or after leaving the premises) will be paid for a minimum of three hours work at the appropriate rates for each time the employee is so recalled.
