Appeal from Committee Decision. 5 If the Committee has determined that a Member has violated this Agreement or makes 6 any other determination with respect to a Member under this Agreement (including, 7 specifically, without limitation section on catch verification), such violating Member 8 shall have five business days following the date of the Committee’s determination to 9 request reconsideration of the enforcement or other action and/or propose an alternative 10 form of penalty. 11 12 Such request shall be made in writing and shall be addressed to the Board.

  • Arbitration Decisions Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the arbitrator(s) shall render a decision within ninety (90) Calendar Days of appointment and shall notify the Parties in writing of such decision and the reasons therefor.
