Appeal of Denial of Promotion. 11.5.1 Within twenty one (21) Days of receiving the decision of the UTPC to deny promotion to the rank of Professor as set out in Article 11.4.2.2, the Employee may appeal the decision to deny promotion to the University Appeal Committee (UAC) on one or more of the following grounds:
