Appeal of Reprimand, Suspension or Discharge. 77 Should the reprimanded, suspended or discharged employee or the Union consider the discipline to be excessive and without just cause, the Chief Xxxxxxx or his/her designated representative shall, within seven (7) regularly scheduled working days after the Union office receives the written notification of the discipline, submit it as a grievance.
