APPEAL TO CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION. Should the classified employee desire further review by the Civil Service Commission of the disciplinary action, s/he shall file a written request with the Personnel Officer not more than ten (10) working days after receipt of a notice of decision by the Personnel Officer referred to in the paragraph hereinabove. Said written request shall contain the names and addresses of any witnesses the employee wishes present at the hearing before the Civil Service Commission.
