Appeals of Evaluations. 11.9.1 Where the employee disagrees in part, or totally, with an evaluation report, he/she shall have the right to submit a written, signed rebuttal to the report which shall be attached to the evaluation report and included in the employee's permanent personnel file. 11.9.2 Any unresolved disagreement or dispute arising from an unsatisfactory Work Performance Evaluation report may be referred to the Associate Superintendent/Personnel Support Services. Notwithstanding the availability of a limited appeal under this paragraph, PSEA may challenge the evaluation as part of the appeal of discipline if the discipline imposed relies, in whole or in part, on that evaluation.
