APPENDIX H - INFUSION SERVICES PATIENT COVERAGE ON THE WEEKENDS. ‌ 2 Nurses who are required to care for infusion patients on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday 3 from or between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) will be paid for a minimum of two hours or 4 their actual hours worked beyond two hours, whichever is greater, at one and a half times their 5 straight time rate.
