The work of the Task Force could also include, e.g, an assessment of whether the anticipated cost increases were realized, whether there are plan design elements that might positively affect the cost of the most common diseases or reasons for utilization, etc. The parties further agree that if there is a committee or task force established with employees at other Providence facilities in Oregon, the representatives on this Task Force will be included in that Task Force. This Task Force will jointly make recommendations for plan design. The Task Force will not, however, have the authority to negotiate or to change the terms of the contract.

The parties further agree that if there is a committee or task force established with employees at other Providence facilities in Oregon, up to 2 (two) representatives of the bargaining unit will be included in that task force.

The parties also acknowledge 5 there is a shared interest in the assessment of whether anticipated cost 6 increases/decreases are realized, and whether there are plan design elements that 7 might positively affect the cost of the most common diseases or reasons for utilization. 9 The parties further acknowledge that Providence has the right and discretion to create a 10 regional committee or task force to review relevant data and to provide input and 11 recommendations as to whether the current insurance program is achieving the goals of 12 improved wellness of employees and reduction in associated costs. 14 To that end, the parties agree that if Home Health and Hospice participates in a regional 15 committee or task force (that is created to include employees at multiple Providence 16 facilities in Oregon) to review and/or make recommendations regarding the health 17 insurance provided by the employer, up to two (2) representatives from the bargaining 18 unit will be included in that regional Task Force. 20 Such Task Force will not, however, have the authority to negotiate or to change the 21 terms of the contract.

The parties also acknowledge there is a shared 5 interest in the assessment of whether anticipated cost increases/decreases are 6 realized, and whether there are plan design elements that might positively affect the 7 cost of the most common diseases or reasons for utilization. 8 9 The parties further acknowledge that Xxxxxxxxxx has the right and discretion to create a 10 regional committee or task force to review relevant data and to provide input and 11 recommendations as to whether the current insurance program is achieving the goals of 12 improved wellness of employees and reduction in associated costs. 13 14 To that end, the parties agree that if PHHH participates in a regional committee or task 15 force (that is created to include employees at multiple Providence facilities in Oregon) or 16 if any committee or task force is established with employees at other Providence 17 facilities in Oregon to review and/or make recommendations regarding the health 18 insurance provided by the employer, up to two (2) representatives from the bargaining 19 unit and one (1) Union representative will be included in that task force. 20 21 Such task force will not, however, have the authority to negotiate or to change the terms 22 of the contract.
