Appendix Term. 1st January 2021 through 31st December 2021 3.1. During the Appendix Term, the Customer may license additional products under this Appendix and the Agreement. The Appendix Term may never exceed the term ofthe Agreement as set forth in Paragraph 7.1.

Appendix Term. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each Appendix “A” hereto shall be effective for its respective Initial Appendix Term, and thereafter shall be renewed automatically for successive one year terms (each a “Renewal Appendix Term”) commencing at the start of the Day on April 1 in each year and ending at the end of the Day on the next following March 31, provided that in order for this Agreement to so automatically renew in each year: (a) at the time of such renewal, the Customer must be in compliance with all of its obligations hereunder; and (b) at least sixty (60) days prior to such renewal, the Parties must have agreed in writing to a new Contract Demand for such Renewal Appendix Term for the applicable Terminal Location.

  • TERM OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT The Framework Agreement shall take effect on the Commencement Date and (unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Framework Agreement or it is otherwise lawfully terminated) shall terminate at the end of the Term.

  • General Terms For purposes of this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Effective Date and Term of Agreement This Agreement is effective and binding on the Company and Employee as of the date hereof; provided, however, that, subject to Section 2(d), the provisions of Sections 3 and 4 shall become operative only upon the Change in Control Date.

  • EFFECTIVE DATE; TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective as of January 29, 2010 (the “Effective Date”). Upon effectiveness of this Agreement on the Effective Date, the Employment Agreement between the Company and the Executive dated as of September 8, 2006 (as amended, the “Prior Agreement”) shall terminate and be of no further force and effect. Subject to earlier termination as provided herein, Executive’s employment hereunder shall continue on the terms provided herein until February 2, 2013 (the “End Date”). The period of Executive’s employment by the Company from and after the Effective Date, whether under this Agreement or otherwise, is referred to in this Agreement as the “Employment Period,” it being understood that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as entitling Executive to continuation of his employment beyond the End Date and that any such continuation shall be subject to the agreement of the parties. This Agreement is intended to comply with the applicable requirements of Section 409A and shall be construed accordingly.

  • APPENDIX H Appendix H, Contractor’s Insurance Requirements, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein. The Contractor shall maintain in force at all times during the terms of the resultant Contract, policies of insurance pursuant to the requirements outlined in Appendix H – Contractor’s Insurance Requirements.

  • Addendum to Agreement Students who do not complete an AA/AS degree can use the prescribed curriculum in a statewide transfer articulation agreement as a common advising guide for transfer to all public institutions that offer the designated bachelor’s degree program. Please note the following:

  • ADDENDUM Notwithstanding the provisions of this Agreement, the award shall be subject to any special terms and conditions for the Participant’s country set forth in the Addendum to this Agreement. To the extent any provision in the Addendum is inconsistent with a provision in the body of this Agreement, the provision in the Addendum shall prevail. Moreover, if the Participant relocates to one of the countries included in the Addendum, the terms and conditions for such country will apply to the Participant to the extent the Company determines that the application of such terms and conditions is necessary or advisable for legal or administrative reasons.

  • Term of License The license granted to the Engineer by this article shall terminate at the end of the term specified in Article 2 of this contract.

  • License Terms This license is for one full Semester. It cannot be cancelled or terminated except under the conditions cited in this license.

  • Term of Agreement This Agreement becomes effective upon the date of the last signature below ("Effective Date") and shall remain in effect until the completion of all obligations of both Parties hereto, or five years from the Effective Date, whichever comes first.
