Applicability of Other Provisions. Except as explicitly provided otherwise herein, Tenant's obligations under the Lease for the protection of the Building, Landlord, the Landlord Group, and third parties, including but not limited to Tenant's obligations regarding maintenance, repairs, mechanic's liens, insurance, attorneys' fees and costs of suit, shall apply in the same fashion with respect to Tenant's use of the Conduit Room, the Connecting Conduit and the Landlord Installations as they do with respect to Tenant's use of the Premises.
Applicability of Other Provisions. The provisions of subsections (d), (e), (g), (h), (i), (j), (k), (l), and (n) of section 1713 of this title shall be applicable to mortgages insured under subsection (d) of this section.

Applicability of Other Provisions. Without limiting the application of any other provision of this Agreement or the other Related Documents to the Warehoused Receivables in accordance with their terms, it is expressly understood and agreed that the provisions of Sections 2.6 through 2.13 hereof shall apply to all Warehoused Receivables, in accordance with the terms of such provisions, as well as to Receivables sold to the Purchaser hereunder.
Applicability of Other Provisions. OF THIS AGREEMENT TO COMMITTED GAS SOLD UNDER A LOCKED PRICE. Except as specifically provided in the Price Lock Confirmation, the terms of this Agreement shall continue to apply to Committed Gas sold pursuant to a Locked Price, except that UPR's obligation to deliver Committed Gas subject to a Locked Price shall be a Monthly obligation and not a Daily obligation. Accordingly, for purposes of this Agreement, UPR shall have complied with its obligation to deliver quantities of Committed Gas subject to a Locked Price if it delivers such quantities at the applicable Delivery Point(s) during the course of the Month, without regard to variations in quantities delivered on any particular Day. However, nothing herein shall relieve UPR from Imbalance Charges for which it is liable under Section 3.3.1.
