APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL VENUE. 32.1 The Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Buyer’s country.
32.2 The parties irrevocably agree that the court in which jurisdiction Buyer’s registered office is located shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL VENUE. .1. This licence shall be governed by the law of the European Union and, where necessary, by the substantive law of Belgium.
.2. In case of any dispute or difference between the Parties arising out of or in connection with this licence, the Parties shall settle it by mutual agreement. Such effort shall be deemed to have failed when one of the Parties so notifies the other in writing. In that case, each Party may initiate proceedings before the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg.
APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL VENUE. This Agreement and any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.

15.2 The place of performance and the place of jurisdiction for any proceedings is the Seychelles International Financial Center. CFI Seychelles retains the right to file an action in the country of domicile of the White Label Partner or before any other competent court, in which case Seychelles law shall still apply.
APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL VENUE. 16.1. The Agreement shall be governed by Norwegian law.
16.2. The Parties agree to have any litigation against each other arising out of the Agreement before Stavanger District Court.
16.3. In the event of any dispute to this Agreement, the Parties agree to initially make a full and good faith attempt to resolve such dispute by negotiation at an executive level, to the extent reasonable under the circumstances, prior to commencing court or arbitration proceedings.
APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL VENUE. 19.1 This agreement and any dispute arising out of the agreement shall be resolved according to the national law of RAUFOSS. By national law is meant the law of the country in which RAUFOSS is registered. Legal venue shall be the domicile of RAUFOSS. Seller in any case accepts Vestre Toten District court as legal venue.
APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL VENUE. .1. This licence shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the European Union, complemented, where necessary, by the substantive laws of the European Union Member State where the User is principally based. In the event the User is not based in a European Union Member State, the respective substantive laws complementing the law of the European Union, where necessary, shall be those of Belgium.
.2. In the event any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to this licence cannot be settled amicably between the Licensor and the User, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg if the User is a European Union Member State entity or if the dispute involves the liability of the European Union, OR - for all other disputes – the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.

The place of mediation shall be Brussels. The language to be used in the mediation shall be English.
APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL VENUE. 12.1 The Agreement is subject to Norwegian law. Both parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, with Oslo, Norway as their exclusive legal venue.
Appendix 1: Processing and the categories of personal data to be processed
a) General personal data, including name, telephone number, address, title, birth- and national insurance number, salary, email, information on education and training etc.
b) The content of email communication between employees or between customers or between employees and customers.
c) Special categories of personal data, including information that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political and religious standpoint, health information and union membership.
