DB Entity shall be allowed an adjustment in the Contract Price or an extension of the Contract Time(s), or both, directly attributable to any such suspension if DB Entity makes a Claim therefor as provided in Article 9.
DB Entity shall not load nor permit any part of any structure to be loaded in any manner that will endanger the structure, nor shall DB Entity subject any part of the Construction or adjacent property to stresses or pressures that will endanger it.

At any time and without cause, Owner may suspend the Work or any portion thereof for a period of not more than 90 consecutive days by notice in writing to DB Entity which will fix the date on which Work will be resumed.
