Application and Selection Process. ADs will be appointed to a three (3) year term by the xxxx following an internal recruitment process that informs all division faculty of the opening, and all eligible full-time tenured faculty have an opportunity to apply. All full-time and lecturer faculty will be able to cast a vote in favor or disapproval of each applicant’s candidacy. All applicants who receive a majority approval vote will be forwarded to the xxxx as finalists. All AD positions that have a sitting AD with more than three (3) years of service will need to complete this process in the 2017-2018 Academic Year.

All full-time and lecturer promoted adjunct faculty within the Division will be able to cast a vote in favor or disapproval of each applicant’s candidacy. All applicants who receive a majority approval vote will be forwarded to the xxxx as finalists. All Program chairs cannot serve as both the AD positions that have a sitting AD with more than three (3) years and chair of service will need to complete this process in the 2017-2018 Academic Yeartheir program.
