Application of Insurance Proceeds If No Termination. Unless a party has terminated this Agreement (including pursuant to Section 6.6, 6.7 or 6.9), the Authority and Project Co will cause all:
(a) applicable Insurance Proceeds which either has received;
(b) applicable Insurance Proceeds which either is entitled to receive;
(c) amounts which the Authority has agreed to pay as contemplated in Section 6.3(b); and
(d) amounts which the Authority or Project Co has agreed to pay to cover the amount by which the cost to repair, replace or restore the New Facility exceeds the Insurance Proceeds and Insurance Receivables with respect to complete or substantial destruction, to be applied to the reinstatement of the New Facility in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Application of Insurance Proceeds If No Termination. Unless the City has terminated this Agreement (including pursuant to Section 9.4 [City Election Not to Reinstate]), Project Co shall cause all:
(a) applicable Insurance Proceeds which it has received; and
(b) applicable Insurance Receivables which it is entitled to receive to be applied to the reinstatement of the Infrastructure in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Insurance Trust Agreement to the extent applicable.
Application of Insurance Proceeds If No Termination. Unless a party has terminated this Agreement (including pursuant to Section 6.6 [Province Election Not to Reinstate], 6.7 [Insufficient Insurance], 6.8 [Economic Reinstatement Test During Construction] or 6.9 [Uncollectible Insurance Receivables], the Province and Project Co will cause all:
(a) applicable Insurance Proceeds which either has received;
(b) applicable Insurance Proceeds which either is entitled to receive;
(c) [Not Used]; and
(d) amounts which the Province or Project Co has agreed to pay to cover the amount by which the cost to repair, replace or restore the Facility exceeds the Insurance Proceeds and Insurance Receivables with respect to complete or substantial destruction, to be applied to the reinstatement of the Facility in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

(b) applicable Insurance Proceeds which either is entitled to receive;
(c) amounts which the Authority has agreed to pay as contemplated in Section 6.3(b) (Project Co’s Obligations - Damage or Destruction); and
(d) amounts which the Authority or Project Co has agreed to pay to cover the amount by which the cost to repair, replace or restore the Facilities exceeds the Insurance Proceeds and Insurance Receivables with respect to complete or substantial destruction, to be applied to the reinstatement of the Facilities in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Application of Insurance Proceeds If No Termination. Unless a party has terminated this Project Agreement (including pursuant to Section 6.3 or Section 6.4), Project Co will cause all:
(a) applicable Insurance Proceeds which Project Co has received;
(b) applicable Insurance Proceeds which Project Co is entitled to receive;
(c) amounts which the Authority has agreed to pay as contemplated in Section 6.2(b); and
(d) amounts which Project Co has agreed to pay to cover the amount by which the cost to repair, replace or restore the NG-KIH System exceeds the Insurance Proceeds and Insurance Receivables with respect to complete or substantial destruction, to be applied to the reinstatement of the NG-KIH System in accordance with the terms of this Project Agreement.
Application of Insurance Proceeds If No Termination. Unless a party has terminated this Agreement (including pursuant to Section 6.6), Project Co will cause all:
(a) applicable Insurance Proceeds which Project Co has received;
(b) applicable Insurance Proceeds which Project Co is entitled to receive;
(c) amounts which PUC has agreed to pay as contemplated in Section 6.3(b); and
(d) amounts which Project Co has agreed to pay to cover the amount by which the cost to repair, replace or restore the UDM System exceeds the Insurance Proceeds and Insurance Receivables with respect to complete or substantial destruction, to be applied to the reinstatement of the UDM System in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

(a) applicable Insurance Proceeds which either has received;
(b) applicable Insurance Proceeds which either is entitled to receive;
(c) amounts which BC Hydro has agreed to pay as contemplated in Section 6.3(b) [Project Co’s Obligations – Damage or Destruction]; and
(d) amounts which BC Hydro or Project Co has agreed to pay to cover the amount by which the cost to repair, replace or restore the Facility exceeds the Insurance Proceeds and Insurance Receivables with respect to complete or substantial destruction, to be applied to the reinstatement of the Facility in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Insurance Trust Agreement to the extent applicable.

(a) applicable Insurance Proceeds which either has received;
(b) applicable Insurance Proceeds which either is entitled to receive;
(c) amounts which BC Hydro has agreed to pay as contemplated in Section 7.3(b) of this Agreement; and
(d) amounts which BC Hydro or Project Co has agreed to pay to cover the amount by which the cost to repair, replace or restore the Facility exceeds the Insurance Proceeds and Insurance Receivables with respect to complete or substantial destruction, to be applied to the reinstatement of the Facility in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
