Common use of Application of Policy Clause in Contracts

Application of Policy. 2.1 This policy applies to UK Biobank’s:  Board of Directors, including its Access Sub-Committee;  Principal Investigator and UK Biobank staff; and  Any advisors involved in the access review process. 2.2 Each person covered by this policy (Individual) has an ongoing responsibility to comply with the terms of this policy. In complying with these terms, an interpretation should be taken which ensures adherence to both the spirit and the letter of this policy.
