Application of Seniority – Leave Requests. “Seniority”, as defined in Section 19.1 above, will be the means for determining approval of Vacation and Personal Leave requests when such leave requests are submitted simultaneously, to the same supervisor, by two (2) or more employees of the bargaining unit for the same period of time.
