APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES. (522) Applications for sabbatical leave must be filed on the prescribed forms with the Superintendent. The due date of such applications shall be February 15 for leaves beginning with the ensuing school year and October 15 for leaves beginning at midyear. The Superintendent shall give notice to the applicant whether the request is granted or rejected within sixty (60) days after the due date for filing the application.
