Applications for Directions. (a) The Plaintiff, Defendants, or the Claims Administrator may bring applications to the Court for directions in respect of the implementation and administration of this Settlement Agreement at any time.
(b) All applications contemplated by this Settlement Agreement shall be on reasonable notice to the Parties.
Applications for Directions. (1) Class Counsel or the Settling Defendants may apply to the BC Court and/or such other Courts as may be required by the Courts for directions in respect of the interpretation, implementation and administration of this Settlement Agreement. Unless the Courts order otherwise, applications for directions that do not relate specifically to the matters affecting the Ontario Action, Settlement Class Members in the Ontario Action, the Quebec Action or/and Settlement Class Members in the Quebec Action shall be determined by the BC Court.
(2) All applications contemplated by this Settlement Agreement shall be on notice to the Parties except for those applications concerned solely with the implementation and administration of the Distribution Protocol.

(2) All applications contemplated by the Agreement shall be on notice to the Parties, provided however that, once the Agreement becomes Final and the Settlement Amount has been paid, the Defendants shall not receive notice and shall have no standing relating to any issue raised on any such motion unless the Court orders otherwise.
