Common use of Appointment and Termination Clause in Contracts

Appointment and Termination. The Issuer may at any time appoint Successors to the Agents and/or vary or terminate the appointment of any Agent by giving to the Fiscal Agent and the Agent whose appointment is concerned at least 60 days' prior written notice to that effect, which notice shall expire at least 30 days before or after any due date for payment in respect of any Notes.
