List of Authorised Persons. The Issuer shall provide the Fiscal Agent for itself and for delivery to each other Agent with a copy of the certified list of persons authorised to take action on behalf of the Issuer in connection with this Agreement (as referred to in Clause 9.1.4 of the Dealer Agreement) and shall notify the Fiscal Agent and each other Agent immediately in writing if any of such persons ceases to be so authorised or if any additional person becomes so authorised. Unless and until notified of any such change, each Agent may rely on the certificate(s) most recently delivered to it and all instructions given in accordance with such certificate(s) shall be binding on the Issuer.

Unless and until notified of any such change, each of the Agents shall be entitled to rely upon the certificate(s) delivered to them most recently and all instructions given in accordance with such certificate(s) shall be binding upon the Issuer.

The Issuer and any Guarantor shall provide the Fiscal Agent for itself and for delivery to each other Agent with a copy of the certified list of persons authorised to take action on behalf of the Issuer or any Guarantor, as the case may be, in connection with this Agreement (as referred to in Clauses 9.1.2 and 9.1.3 of the Dealer Agreement) and shall notify the Fiscal Agent and each other Agent immediately in writing if any of such persons ceases to be so authorised or if any additional person becomes so authorised. Unless and until notified of any such change, each of the Agents shall be entitled to rely upon the certificate(s) delivered to them most recently and all instructions given in accordance with such certificate(s) shall be binding upon the Issuer and the relevant Guarantor.

Each Issuer shall provide the Principal Paying Agent for itself and for delivery to each other Agent with a copy of the certified list of persons authorised to take action on behalf of such Issuer in connection with this Agreement and shall notify the Principal Paying Agent and each other Agent promptly in writing if any of such persons ceases to be so authorised or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Principal Paying Agent that such person has been so authorised.

Unless and until notified of any such change, each Agent may rely on the certificate(s) most recently delivered to it and all Instructions given in accordance with such certificate(s) shall be binding on the Relevant Issuer and the Guarantor. Each of the Issuers and the Guarantor shall provide additional information in relation to, or clarification of, any such instructions upon reasonable request from an Agent. The Agents shall be entitled to do nothing, without liability, if conflicting, unclear or equivocal instructions are received or in order to comply with Applicable Law.

Each of Ørsted or Ørsted Wind shall provide the Taiwanese Paying Agent for itself and for delivery to each other Agent with a copy of the certified list of persons authorised to take action on behalf of Ørsted or Ørsted Wind , as the case may be, in connection with this Agreement (as referred to in clause 12.1.4 of the Dealer Agreement) and shall notify the Taiwanese Paying Agent and each other Agent immediately in writing if any of such persons ceases to be so authorised or if any additional person becomes so authorised. Unless and until notified of any such change, each of the Agents shall be entitled to rely upon the certificate(s) delivered to them most recently and all instructions given in accordance with such certificate(s) shall be binding upon Ørsted or Ørsted Wind.
