Appointment and Termination. The Issuer may at any time, with the prior written approval of the Trustee, appoint additional Paying Agents and/or terminate the appointment of any Agent by giving to the Principal Paying Agent and the Agent concerned at least 60 days’ notice to that effect, which notice shall expire at least 30 days before or after any due date for payment of any Notes or Coupons.
