Appointment of new Sub processors and List of current Sub-Processors. Pursuant to Clause 9(a) of the Standard Clauses, Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that (a) Company’s Affiliates may be retained as Sub-processors; and (b) Company and Company’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the Services. Company shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Section 5 of this DPA

Data Importer shall make available to Data Exporter the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Section 4.2 of the DPA.

In accordance with Section 5 of the DPA, Mapbox shall make available to Customer the current list of sub-processors at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/legal/subprocessors.
