Appointment of new Sub processors and List of Current Sub-processors. Pursuant to Clause 5(h) of the Standard Contractual Clauses, Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that (a) FF’s Affiliates may be retained as Sub-processors; and (b) FF and FF’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the SCC Services. FF shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Clause 5.2 of this DPA

Qubole shall make available to Customer the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Section 5.2 of this DPA.

Pursuant to Clause 9 of the Standard Contractual Clauses, Data Exporter acknowledges and expressly agrees that (a) Data Importer’s Affiliates may be retained as Sub-processors; and (b) Data Importer and Data Importer’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the Services in accordance with the process in Section 4 of the DPA. Data Importer shall make available to Data Exporter the current list of Sub-processors in accordance with Section 4.2 of the DPA.
Appointment of new Sub processors and List of current sub-processors. Pursuant to Clause 5(h) of the Standard Contractual Clauses, Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that Mapbox will appoint sub-processors in accordance with Section 5 of the DPA (“Transfer, Disclosure and Third Parties”). Mapbox shall make available to Customer the current list of sub-processors in accordance with Section 5 of the DPA.

Pursuant to Clause 9 of the EU SCCs, Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that (a) Poppulo’s Affiliates may be retained as Subprocessors; and (b) Poppulo and Poppulo’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Subprocessors in connection with the provision of the SCC Services. Poppulo shall make available to Customer the current list of Subprocessors in accordance with Section 4(b) of this DPA.
