Appointment Process. 4.2.1 The number of Consulting Teachers shall be determined by the PAR Panel, based upon participation in the PAR Program, the available budget and other relevant considerations. Models for Consulting Teacher positions may include full-time, part-time, job share, retiring teachers and/or extra pay assignments. Retiring teachers must submit their application for Consulting Teacher before their effective retirement date.
