Appointment Process. All academic staff appointments shall be made by the University after consideration of recommendations from the appropriate Xxxx. Such recommendations shall be made only after consultation in committee with the appropriate Department(s) or equivalent unit(s), or, other procedures as determined by the consultation in committee provided for in Article 5.
