Apprentices and trainees. a) Employees engaged on apprenticeships or traineeships are engaged as fixed term employees for the duration of those apprenticeships or traineeships. During that time, they are entitled to all the benefits of full time employment, provided that this clause overrides any contradictory clause in this Agreement.
