All South will conduct a plan-in-hand walk-through prior to meeting. All South will prepare a list of questions and observations based on this review and will use this list as draft topics for discussion during an initial meeting with DOTD. All South intends to finalize project goals and objectives during this meeting. Initial goals established during design may need to be refined prior to construction start. Project expectations will be established related to performance, reporting, communication, chain-of-command, and other general responsibility standards between All South and DOTD, and as defined in DOTD’s Standards and Procedures. Task 2 includes activities with the Contractor, All South, and DOTD to implement the project. These activities include developing an internal performance plan and conducting a pre-construction meeting. All South will develop an internal performance plan, identifying the roles of all internal team members. This plan will itemize project milestones and deliverables and assign resources to fulfill these requirements, including: field testing, inspection, and reporting; Site Manager updates and management; construction correspondence tracking; and As-Built documentation. DOTD will retain a single point-of-contact with All South. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx will attend the initial project meeting, along with Xxxx Xxxxxxx, III. Xxxx Xxxxxxx, III will perform day-to-day construction administration and engineering tasks out of our Metairie office. A pre-construction meeting with all stakeholders will be held and guided based on DOTD’s pre-construction conference checklist. All South will conduct this meeting on behalf of DOTD. DOTD and All South will review the contractor’s proposed schedule, including critical path scopes of work. Anticipated scheduling considerations for this project will include peak traffic times and construction equipment staging. Peak traffic counts should be utilized in timing and construction sequencing. During construction, All South will follow our internal performance plan developed above. Notes and records will be kept in accordance with DOTD’s reporting requirements, as detailed in the “Construction Contract Administration Manual.” All South will provide construction administration and daily onsite inspection. Daily schematic workflows will be as follows: Correspondence with All South Project Engineer Electronic Sharing with Project Engineers Daily Record Keeping / As- Built Updates As part of our inspection scope, All South’s onsite inspector will provide daily report updates and communication with All South’s lead engineer.
