Approval and certification. 5.9.1. Inspection and testing Evaluation of conformity is required to be performed in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 9. of this Regulation. In order to ensure that the cylinders are in compliance with this international Regulation, they shall be subject to inspection in accordance with paragraphs 6.13. and 6.14. below performed by the Type Approval Authority.
5.9.2. Test certificate If the results of prototype testing according to paragraph 6.13. are satisfactory, the Type Approval Authority shall issue a test certificate. An example of a test certificate is given in Appendix D to this annex.
5.9.3. Batch acceptance certificate The Type Approval Authority shall prepare an acceptance certificate as provided in Appendix D to this annex.
Approval and certification. 3.4.1. Inspection and testing Evaluation of conformity is required to be performed in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 11. of this Regulation; In order to ensure that the tanks are in compliance with this Regulation, they shall be subject to inspection in accordance with paragraph 4.10. performed by the Authority.
3.4.2. Test certificate If the results of prototype testing according to paragraph 4.10. are satisfactory, the competent Authority shall issue a test certificate. An example of a test certificate is given in Appendix D to this annex.
Approval and certification. All proposed Publisher Hosting Services and Publisher Hosted Online Content must go through the same approval process as set forth in the Xbox 360 PLA (i.e., the stages for Concept approval, pre-Certification, Certification and Marketing Materials approvals that apply to all aspects of the Software Title). All Publisher Hosting Services and Publisher Hosted Online Content is subject to the same terms to which any Software Title and/or Online Content is subject per the Xbox 360 PLA. In order to pass a Software Title using XLSP through Certification, Publisher may be required to submit additional information about its server architecture and access to its server environment sufficient to enable Microsoft to conduct testing of the Publisher Hosting Services. In addition to the requirements under these XLSP Terms, Publisher acknowledges and agrees that it will be bound by all XLSP policies set forth in the Xbox 360 Publisher Guide.
Approval and certification. This Agreement shall be submitted as promptly as practicable to the sole stockholder of each of the Constituent Corporations, and, if duly adopted and approved by each such stockholder in accordance with the provisions of the DGCL, shall, subject to the further provisions of this Agreement, promptly be certified in accordance with the DGCL at such time as the respective authorized officers of PGCSI and DEFS Corp. deem proper.

All proposed Hosting Services, Hosted Content, and the Web Portal are subject to the same approval and Certification processes as are set forth in the Xbox 360 PLA for approval and Certification of any Software Title or Online Content (e.g., Concept approval, pre-Certification, Certification, and Marketing Materials approvals, with applicable references in the Xbox 360 PLA deemed modified to refer to the Hosting Services, Hosted Content, and the Web Portal, as applicable).

Microsoft may at any time audit Publisher's compliance with the terms of this Addendum, and Publisher will allow Microsoft access to the Hosting Service, the Hosted Content, and the Web Portal as Microsoft may request for this purpose.

All proposed Hosting Services, Hosted Content, and the Web Portal are subject to the same approval and Certification processes as are set forth in this Agreement for approval and Certification of any Software Title or Online Content (e.g., Concept approval, pre-Certification, Certification, and Marketing Materials approvals, with applicable references in the this Agreement deemed modified to refer to the Hosting Services, Hosted Content, and the Web Portal, as applicable).
Approval and certification. All proposed use of Publisher Hosted Services and Hosted Content and the manner in which Publisher uses the Xbox Live User Content on the Publisher Companion Experience are subject to the same approval and Certification processes as are set forth for any Software Title. To gain approval and pass Certification, Publisher may be required to submit sufficient additional information about its server architecture and Publisher Companion Experience. Publisher shall also enable Microsoft to test the Publisher Hosted Services, the Hosted Content, and the Publisher Companion Experience, as applicable. Microsoft may at any time audit Publisher’s compliance with the terms of this Exhibit 5, and Publisher will allow Microsoft access to the Publisher Hosted Services, Hosted Content, and Publisher Companion Experience as Microsoft may request for this purpose; provided that Publisher shall not be obligated to provide Microsoft with access to its server environment in connection with any such audits. Publisher will comply with the Publisher Guide in its performance of this Exhibit 5.
Approval and certification. An estimate of the Work submitted shall be deemed approved and certified for payment after seven days from the date of submission unless before that time the County or the County’s agent prepares and issues a specific written finding setting forth those items in detail in the estimate of the Work that are not approved for payment under this contract. The County may withhold an amount from the progress payment sufficient to pay the expenses the County reasonably expects to incur in correcting the deficiency set forth in the written finding. The progress payment shall be paid on or before thirty days after the estimate of the Work is certified and approved. The estimate of the Work shall be deemed received by the County on submission to any person designated by the County for the submission, review or approval of the estimate of the Work.
