Approved Contracts Sample Clauses

Approved Contracts. (a) The Contractor may not sell or otherwise dispose of, Natural Gas from the Contract Area other than pursuant to an Approved Contract or as otherwise may be provided in the Development Plan or in this Agreement. (b) The Contractor may not use any facilities downstream of the Field Export Point for transporting, processing, treating, liquefying, storing, handling or delivering Petroleum other than under the terms of an Approved Contract. (c) The Contractor may not amend, waive, or fail to enforce, any provision of an Approved Contract without the approval of the Designated Authority.

Approved Contracts. (a) The Contractor may not sell or otherwise dispose of Natural Gas from the Contract Area other than pursuant to an Approved Contract or as otherwise may be provided in the Development Plan or in this Contract. (b) The Contractor may not use any Facilities downstream of the Field Export Point for transporting, processing, treating, liquefying, storing, handling or delivering Petroleum other than under the terms of an Approved Contract. (c) The Contractor may not amend, waive or fail to enforce, any provision of an Approved Contract without the prior approval of the Ministry.

Approved Contracts. (a) Contractor may not sell or otherwise dispose of Natural Gas from the Contract Area other than pursuant to an Approved Contract or as otherwise may be provided in the Development Plan or in this Contract. (b) Contractor may not use any downstream Facilities of the Field Export Point for transporting, processing, treating, liquefying, storing, handling or delivering Petroleum other than under the terms of an Approved Contract. (c) Contractor may not amend, waive or fail to enforce any provision of an Approved Contract without ANPM’s prior approval.

Approved Contracts. If requested by the Agent in its sole discretion, the Agent shall have received a copy of the Approved Contract for each Borrowing Base Asset that is identified by the Obligors as a Sold Unit.

Approved Contracts. The term "Approved Contracts" shall mean the Plans, the Construction Contract, the Architect Agreement, and the Development Agreement, all of which have been approved by the Lender prior to the date hereof.

Approved Contracts. Except for Approved Commercial Contracts or as otherwise required by Legal Requirements, the Parties agree that to the extent Sellers enter into any Contract with a third party in the ordinary course of the Business during the period from the Effective Date to the Closing Date, no such Contract shall be assigned to and assumed by Buyer hereunder unless and until Buyer designates such Contract as an Approved Contract. In order to permit Buyer to evaluate whether it will designate any Contract as an Approved Contract, Sellers covenant and agree to provide Buyer with prompt notice of any such Contract being entered into that involves consideration of $50,000 or more or that could reasonably be considered critical for the continued operation of the Business consistent with past practice or to enable the Facilities or the Business to comply with any Legal Requirement. To the extent that Buyer desires to assume Sellers¶ rights and obligations under any such Contract, the Parties shall amend Schedule 1.1(a) to include any such Contract identified by Buyer as an Approved Contract.

Approved Contracts. PPI shall provide to SANO, monthly, within seven days of the expiry of each calendar month during the term hereof, a copy of each Approved Contract (as hereinafter defined), entered into by PPI with its customers during the immediately preceding month irrespective of whether a copy of such contract had previously been forwarded to SANO. If the Approved Contract has a term of less than 18 months, PPI may delete (e.g., by blacking out) any information in the Approved Contract that tends to indicate the identity or location of the PPI customer; provided, however, that PPI marks each such Approved Contract with a unique customer code relative to the customer that is the party to that Approved Contract.

Approved Contracts. Par shall provide to SANO, monthly, within seven days of the expiry of each calendar month during the term hereof, a copy of each Approved Contract (as hereinafter defined), entered into by Par with its customers during the immediately preceding month irrespective of whether a copy of such contract had previously been forwarded to SANO. Approved Contracts. At the Collateral Agent's option, the Collateral Agent may from time to time request a copy of the Approved Contract for each Borrowing Base Asset that is identified by the Borrowers as Sold Inventory.

Approved Contracts. Borrower shall, in connection with the renewal of any, or execution of any new, contract with any Governmental Authority, obtain such Governmental Authority’s written agreement that the Bankruptcy Court’s confirmation of a Reorganization Plan pursuant to which PHMC (or an Affiliate thereof) owns or controls a majority of the voting Equity Interests of a Borrower does not constitute a default or event of default under such contract. All revenue producing contracts must be renewed by no later than October 31, 2017, or, if such revenue producing contracts have not been renewed by such date, Borrower shall provide evidence that contract renewal is in process and Borrower is using its best efforts to obtain renewal as quickly as possible.
