Downstream Facilities definition

Downstream Facilities means any petroleum processing facilities after the Valuation Point and before the earlier of the first point of arm’s length sale and the first available CUP.
Downstream Facilities shall have the meaning specified in the Recitals.
Downstream Facilities means those pipelines and other facilities directly connected to the System at or downstream of any Delivery Point.

  • Accordingly, upon 30 Days written Notice to Customer, Provider may modify provisions of this Agreement to implement standards promulgated by NAESB and adopted by any Downstream Facility as it relates to the TGP System or to otherwise coordinate the provisions of this Agreement with the operating conditions, rules, or tariffs of the Downstream Facilities, and Customer agrees to execute such amendment(s) to this Agreement proposed by Provider in good faith that reflect such modifications.

Downstream Facilities means any facilities or equipment directly connected to the TAP Transportation System which are owned and/or operated by any Person (other than the Transporter) downstream of an Exit Point.
