Downstream Facilities definition

Downstream Facilities means any petroleum processing facilities after the Valuation Point and before the earlier of the first point of arm’s length sale and the first available CUP.

Downstream Facilities shall have the meaning specified in the Recitals.

Downstream Facilities means any facilities or equipment directly connected to the TAP Transportation System which are owned and/or operated by any Person (other than the Transporter) downstream of an Exit Point.

More Definitions of Downstream Facilities

Downstream Facilities means nitric acid plants and ammonium nitrate plants or other ammonia consuming plants (including urea and UAN plants if constructed) of Seller at Seller’s Facility or of Seller’s Affiliates.

Downstream Facilities means those pipelines and other facilities directly connected to the System at or downstream of any Delivery Point.

Downstream Facilities means any and all facilities not owned or operated by Kern River that may be necessary, in the reasonable opinion of Customer, to protect and connect Customer's facilities to the Delivery Facilities, to meet applicable regulatory requirements, to meet Customer's gas quality requirements, and to protect Customer's facilities. Downstream Facilities may include, but are not limited to, odorization facilities, pressure regulation, over-pressure protection equipment, liquid separation and gas filtration equipment, and applicable cathodic protection equipment. The Downstream Facilities will accommodate Kem River's operating pressures as they exist from time to time, up to the Maximum Delivery Pressure.

Downstream Facilities or "Distribution Network" shall mean any Gas Installations Downstream of the Redelivery Points owned and operated by the Downstream Operator.
