Approved Seller/Servicer. The Special Servicer is approved as a seller/servicer of single-family mortgage loans by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Approved Seller/Servicer. The Special Sub-Servicer is approved as a seller/servicer of single-family mortgage loans by the Fannie Mae and the Department of Hoxxxxx axx Urban Development.
Approved Seller/Servicer. The Servicer is an approved seller/servicer of first and second mortgage loans for FNMA, in good standing, and is an approved servicer of first and second mortgage loans for FHLMC, in good standing.
Approved Seller/Servicer. You are an approved seller/servicer or issuer in ------------------------ good standing with each Agency to which Agency Mortgage Loans will be submitted.
Approved Seller/Servicer. The Special Subservicer is approved as a seller/servicer of single-family mortgage loans by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Guarantor.
Approved Seller/Servicer. At any time the Seller is not an approved seller/servicer of mortgage loans for two of Fxxxxxx Mac, Fxxxxx Mxx and Gxxxxx Mxx; or
Approved Seller/Servicer. The Special Servicer is a HUD approved mortgagee.
Approved Seller/Servicer. At all relevant times, the Company ------------------------ has been and will be a FHA, VA, FNMA, GNMA and FHLMC approved mortgagee, lender and seller/servicer as applicable to the extent required to be approved and fully authorized to service the Mortgage Loans. To the best of Stockholder's knowledge, there has been no occurrence of any event that could obligate Buyer or the Company to repurchase any Mortgage Loans in accordance with Agency Requirements or cause the cancellation of the Servicing Rights or any material changes in procedures with respect to the Mortgage loans.
Approved Seller/Servicer. Purchaser is an approved seller/servicer of residential mortgage loans for each Agency and Investor, as necessary and applicable, with such facilities, procedures and personnel necessary for the sound servicing of mortgage loans similar to the Mortgage Loans; (ii) Purchaser is duly qualified, licensed, registered and otherwise authorized under all applicable federal, state and local laws, and regulations to service the Mortgage Loans, and (iii) no event has occurred which would make Purchaser unable to comply with eligibility requirements or which would require notification to each Agency and Investor, as necessary and applicable; and
Approved Seller/Servicer. The Collection Advisor is approved as a seller/servicer of single-family mortgage loans by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
