Common use of Aquatic Assignments Clause in Contracts

Aquatic Assignments. For Employees who work in more than one Aquatic assignment, the step placement for the higher classification will be the minimum step that provides a pay increase over the lower classification. Hours worked in each classification will be paid at the established pay grade for the position. (For example, an Employee working as both a Lifeguard/Instructor I and II who was at PG 13, Step 2 for the Lifeguard/Instructor I hours would be paid at PG 14, Step 2 for the Lifeguard/Instructor II hours.)
