Arbitration Expenses. The fees and expenses of the Arbitrator shall be divided equally between the Employer and the Union provided, however, that each Party shall be responsible for compensating its own representatives and witnesses. If either Party desires a verbatim record of the proceedings, it may cause such record to be made provided it pays for the record and provides a copy thereof to the other Party and to the Arbitrator.
