ARBITRATION HEARING AND AWARD. (a) As soon as the Arbitrator has been appointed, the Arbitrator will be encouraged to commence the hearing within five (5) days and further encouraged to render a decision within fourteen (14) days. (b) In order to expedite the arbitration process, the parties agree that they will meet to identify the issue or issues and to prepare, in written form, a statement of facts which are not in dispute.
