Arbitrator’s Authority Limited. The arbitrator will have no power to add to, subtract from, disregard, modify or otherwise alter any terms of this Agreement, or to negotiate new agreements, but will have the power only to apply and interpret the provisions of this Agreement in reaching a decision.
